The uniqueness and beauty of the Lazareto island, within Menorca, sets the stage for a festival of yoga, conversations, and art. With a diverse practice and live performances, all aimed at fostering interpersonal connections and the art of living.

ELEVATE YOUR WELL-BEING: JOIN THE 7-DAY YOGA JOURNEY

For over seven days, yoga practices are spread across various spaces in Maó and the Lazareto. Dive into Hatha, Vinyasa, and Kundalini, guided by international masters to achieve balance and clarity. Some of the teachers involved in the festival include: Pablo d’Ors, Alexis Racionero, Vikram Singh, Vimal Kumar, Rebeca Recatero, Prema Arenas, or Marta Carrascal.

THE VENUE

MENORCA, A SANCTUARY OF NATURAL BEAUTY

Menorca is a sanctuary of simplicity, natural beauty, and declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. The festival takes place at the Lazareto, with deep aesthetic, historical, and spiritual significance.

FUSION OF CONTEMPORANY ART AND MUSIC

The Yoga Gallery festival merges eastern-rooted yoga with western art and music through contemporary language. The program includes 5 concerts and access to the Hauser & Wirth gallery, located a short boat ride from Lazareto Island.

TYG LAB

SPACE TO EXPLORE / LABS

TYG Labs are daring pairing proposals that combine the physical practice of yoga and artistic activities. The two TYGs scheduled in Menorca are the combination of electronic music + a session guided by master Surinder Singh.

Guided meditation, asana practice, music to tune consciousness, and experimenting with stillness and self-exploration. The TYG Menorca program is designed to promote clarity and connection with oneself.
